About Us
Naciye Kurtulus Sime, founder of NKS Advisory Limited has 24 years of advisory and audit experience in numerous business areas including; board advisory, corporate governance, family constitutions, enterprise risk management (ERM), SOX readiness and compliance, process design and implementation, internal control, internal audit and financial audit.
After 19 years of work experience, 14 of which was with KPMG and Deloitte, two of the top worldwide audit & consulting firms, Naciye successfully started her own consulting company NKS Danismanlik in 2017 in Istanbul and NKS Advisory Limited in 2021 in London.

In addition to working closely with the boards, she has been and continue to act as a board member.
